Emerging evidence links PFAS to chronic diseases like cancer, though mechanisms are unclear. Combining metabolomics, genetics, lifestyle, and cohort data, we seek to clarify PFAS’s role in cancer development. Our goal is to inform prevention and public health policies to reduce exposure and improve health.
